About Jossie

I’m a leadership and executive coach and former VP of Engineering at Tile, with over 25 years leading engineering teams at Apple, Zynga, American Express, and other tech companies.
At Tile, I created the VP of Engineering role, got my boss promoted to CTO, then doubled the engineering org size and scaled our processes and structure in 3.5 months. Most recently, I’ve been the founding Head of Engineering at SmartPin, successfully taking the product from 0-1 through launch.
I’ve spent my career navigating the messy reality of building products and leading people through rapid growth, shifting priorities, and constant change.
I built The Leadership Impact Lab because I kept seeing the same gap: engineering leaders were buried in noise without real support.
