Last week I spoke about the ways we missing out on trusting our intuition. Today, I wanted to continue on the topic and share how intuitive leadership can be the secret sauce that sets us apart in this fast-paced industry.

Here’s why women in tech need to lean into intuitive leadership:

1. Intuition fuels innovation: The tech industry thrives on innovation, on seeing what others don’t. Intuition, an innate feminine attribute, allows us to tap into our subconscious and make connections that might not be obvious, leading us to novel, breakthrough solutions.
